NetBack measures how AI answer engines represent a brand and attributes the traffic and revenue they send. Features include a free scan, a workspace dashboard, a tracking pixel, and read-only integrations you choose to connect.
You retain ownership of the data you connect. You grant NetBack the permissions needed to provide the service (for example, read-only access to Stripe or Google Analytics). Stripe access is read-only — NetBack cannot move money or access card details. You can disconnect any integration at any time. Handling of your data is described in the Privacy page.
NetBack is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis while the product is early. We work to keep results accurate and the service reliable, but we don’t warrant uninterrupted availability or that every figure is error-free. Scan results reflect AI answers at a point in time and will change.
To the extent permitted by law, NetBack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made from its outputs. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will revise the date above; material changes will be communicated to signed-in users. You may stop using NetBack at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
